Loss of any kind can leave us feeling like a giant hole exists in us. Specifically in our heart. It can be hard to know how to move through it or past it. I am very skilled at helping these energies move through the body. This is for those that are ready to move past their grief. Never rush yourself. I help you connect to this energy and transmute it through the heart chakra. If your loved one is your guide and has decided not to completely move on yet... they usually come in to say hi and help support you in this process. I also help explain how love/hate/and grief are all the same. Love. Just with different perspectives. CAUTION My energy work often has people purging out emotions and energies. This can be emotionally and physically intense. I walk you through this process. You are not alone. After the purge I help you balance and find your calm again. Rest and water after an energy session is NECESSARY. Please be sure to give yourself time and space for some good self care. This is astral healing. -- Not to be mistaken with Reiki.
