This is not just the sacred art of painting. This is intuitive channeled painting.
These paintings are magical and metaphysical. My paintings are like a tarot reading of the soul all placed into a painting for you to see and keep.
These are soul paintings.
The first layer of the painting is covered in moon water. Water charged by the last cycles full moon.
My studio is filled with healing music, incense and crystals.
My intention is for healing, insight and messages for you. I ask the universe, your guides and my angels or anyone else who wants to be involved for the highest and most divine guidance and messages for you. Then, slowly, a painting emerges, with a beautiful aesthetic and message.
I do allow you to provide you with some input as well. If you have a particular feeling you want conveyed or certain colors I am more than happy to work with you.
Other than those few choices I do like to keep my work as intuitive and free formed as possible. The magic comes with letting go of expectation.
***Mailing outside of the UK may have additional customs fees. These are not setup by me, but rather your countries governing authority as this would count as an imported good. Please pay any additional fees your authority or post office requests you to or your artwork may be rejected and returned to me in the UK.***
I will retain full rights to the artwork for personal or commercial use.
If you would like your artwork to be "one of a kind" I can remove it from circulation for an agreed upon additional fee.

Commission Painting Terms of Service
General Info
My art is intuitive. It is divinely inspired. Therefore, the art creates itself magically through sparks of inspiration. I would like to stick to creating my art with this process. So please understand that if you have something very particular in mind... I am not the artist for you. However, I do allow overall themes and color schemes to be chosen.
I have the right to decline any commission I don’t feel comfortable doing or do not feel I’d be able to do to the best of my ability.
Please allow 1 month up to 1 year for Lady Luna Star to complete. This is time frame is dependent on a few factors, such as:

Payment
All payments will be made through a paypal, Etsy, or directly from my website. Lady Luna Star also accepts limited in person transactions via debit or credit card using Square. Payment is expected in full upfront, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by Lady Luna Star. Any adjustments to the original terms of service will include a Secondary Terms of Service Agreement that must be signed and documented.
Please do not pay without Lady Luna Star's approval or acceptance of the commission. Once the payment is received, she will begin working.
Copyright / Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself with in any place or site. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want on the internet. Use the artwork I create for any type of profit art prints, printing designs ect.
The commissioner (you) are allowed to;

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the commissioned art will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way).

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-
Altering the artwork without the artist, Lady Luna Star´s, consent.
Commercial Rights to Artwork
In some agreed upon circumstances Lady Luna Star will allow you to use her artwork commericailly. This will be mutually agreed upon and a Purchase of Commercial Rights Agreement will be written and signed.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork. This includes internet usage as well, such as branding. Crediting Lady Luna Star is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
Refunds/Cancellation
Lady Luna Star is a very reasonable person to work with. She understands life happens and that sometimes we have to break comittments. Any cancelation, dispute, disagreement or claim must be discussed with her to find a reasonable solution.
Lady Luna Star has the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. Though, she must be held responsible and notify you. All refunds will be issued with a reason why and be provided along with a confirmation email or other documentation. These refunds will only happen once a discussion between her and the comissioner have occured and no reasonable resolution can be met to keep in line with the terms of service.
If any changes in financial availability or time restraints change the comissioner will notify Lady Luna Star as soon as possible so that a new time table and agreement can be arranged. A second Terms of Service Agreement may be signed at that time measuring out the new circumstances, prices and agreements.
The comissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from Lady Luna Star under any circumstances after payment is received. Unless the terms of service have been broken by Lady Luna Star.
If a monetary transaction for a comission has not been sent yet. The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. Commissions are only bound and valid after signing this terms of service agreement and payment has been sent.
Complaints and Disputes
Formal Complaints
Any compliants or grievences will be directed and sent to Lady Luna Star. A formal complaint is adressed to Lady Luna Star to improve her services and customer service. They will be reviewed by her to find a peaceful resolution that benefits both parties.
Once a Formal Complaint is filed Lady Luna Star will pause the progress of the comissioned artwork until both parties feel a resonable resolution has been reached. A Secondary Term of Service Agreement may be written, signed and dated. Once this is complete Lady Luna Star will be able to resume working on the comissioned artwork in accordance with the newly outlined terms written in the Secondary Terms of Service.
Neglegent Complaints
Complaints and grievences without notifying Lady Luna Star or making a reasonable considerate attempt at a solution or resolution will be taken as neglegent Complaint and dismissed. Though the complaint will still be filled and documented.

Refusing to help meet a compromise
If you file a Neglegent Complaint or dispute. Or take neglegent actions Lady Luna Star will stop the commission, terminate the terms of service agreement and claim the art as her own to sell on the free market or keep for herself.
Any formal and neglegent complaints or claims will be documented, and recorded. Filing a complaint without attempting to find a peaceful reasonable resolution may make you inelligable for any furture comissions, services or partnerships.
Agreement Signature
By commissioning Lady Luna Star, you have agreed to these terms of service.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with Lady Luna Star, the artist, prior to the commission. Any adjustments to the original terms of service will include a Secondary Terms of Service Agreement that must be signed, dated and documented.

I, the comissioner am aware that goods sold internationally are considered imported goods and may include additonal shipping, trade, and customs fees and that these fees are not created, regulated or paid for by Lady Luna Star.

** INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES are subject to an additional customs fee once I have shipped your painting. This is not regulated by me but rather by each country. The paintings technically count as an imported good, so each country's customs policy is different and has different fee's. Your country will notify you and ask you to pay this fee to recieve your painting. Please do so or your painting will be sent back to me. -- I have seen customs fee as low as $10 dollars and as high as $100. **
