About the event
I will be guiding a group meditation and energywork practice focused on aligning the different energy bodies to your souls higher purpose and calling. A mini purge of old energy will be included before we begin. The entire session should take about 2 hours. There will be breaks included in the session. Be sure to be in a comfortable space on your own with plenty to drink. Rest after the event is helpful.
As always I highly suggest a counselor or coach of some type alongside these events or energywork sessions with me.
If you need more personalized energywork practices and aid I do offer one on one sessions.
