Energy Cleansing and the Violet Flame

I will be guiding the group through a violet flame energy cleansing.  This can bring up some pretty powerful emotions, I will as always be coaching on how to move through them and release them out of your body, energy, and aura.   Please be comfortable, be in a space where you can be alone and work with yourself and not be disturbed.  As always I highly suggest having some type of mental and emotional support along with the work that I provide. Please be mindful of your own needs and find support where it is needed. These events can trigger all sorts of emotions and can stir up our Ego to go into a fight or flight mode. So please be mindful of this when attending events. Be prepared to do what is necessary for your highest good.
